Matthew Jamison (actual government name), is an American musician and record producer born (October 24, 1989) and raised in St. Louis, MO. Matthew started his journey in hopes of inspiring anyone who hears his music. The ability to create is within all of us.

Sharing the culmination of all the sounds that have shaped him through his life, he hopes to spark the same inspiration in others that J Dilla, Madlib, Knxwledge, Stlndrms, Kanye West, A Tribe Called Quest, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Flying Lotus, Thundercat, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, John P. Kee, Hezekiah Walker, Yolanda Adams, Bebe & Cece Winans, Mary Mary, and countless others have done for him.

Matthew is a multi-instrumentalist and has been producing since 2016. While finding the path to autonomy in creating music for a living, he continues to work a job in a field that isn’t his passion. As a Husband, father, and lover of blended textures of sound and poly-rhythmic subtleties, this artist is committed to the journey and his purpose of adding value to any he comes in contact with.
